Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec engine reimplementation for modern platforms (bring your own disc)
An independent reimplementation of the Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec engine for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and Meta Quest, which reads and decodes all game content from the player's own disc image at runtime. Per the README the whole game is playable, including GT Mode, Arcade, replays and online battle, and the remaining differences from the original are listed. Release v0.2.0 (October 20, 2026). Commits are co-authored by Claude.
Matching decompilation of Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec (PS2), sister project of the Gran Turismo 4 decompilation
Work-in-progress matching decompilation of Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec (PS2, NTSC-U SCUS-97102 v1.00): C++ that compiles with the original ee-gcc 2.9 to the same instructions, and a full build that reproduces the original executable (SHA-1 checked), per the README. Sister project of the Gran Turismo 4 decompilation; no PC port is claimed. Needs the player's own disc. The README says AI agents (Claude) do most of the matching.
